  28 April 2021  - Kementerian Pelancongan, Seni dan Budaya (MOTAC) menerusi Jabatan Kebudayaan dan Kesenian Negara (JKKN) buat julung kalinya akan menganjurkan Program Iftar 2021@Ramadan secara dalam talian di Facebook rasmi JKKN, pada 29 dan 30 April 2021 (Khamis dan Jumaat). Satu sidang media telah diadakan dan dihadiri oleh YB Dato' Sri Hajah Nancy Shukri, Menteri Pelancongan, Seni dan Budaya bersama pasukan kerja MOTAC, Jabatan dan Agensi di bawahnya. Program ini mula dilaksanakan pada tahun 2012 dengan nama Festival Ramadan dan dijenamakan semula atas nama Iftar@KL pada tahun 2015. Uniknya, program iftar ini diadakan secara duduk bersila beralaskan tikar di Dataran Merdeka, Kuala Lumpur dan dihadiri oleh pengunjung termasuk pelancong asing.
