Safe and Active Country Sales Launching Ceremony in conjunction with the Malaysian Sales Program (PJM) and the Malaysian Goods Purchase Campaign (KBBM) 2020

Safe and Active Country Sales Launching Ceremony in conjunction with the Malaysian Sales Program (PJM) and the Malaysian Goods Purchase Campaign (KBBM) 2020.

The honorable Datuk Alexander Nanta Linggi, Minister of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs (KPDNHEP) completed the Safe and Active Sale of My Country Launch Ceremony organized by the Al-Ikhsan Group at the Mytown Shopping Centre, Kuala Lumpur.

This program is in conjunction with the Malaysian Sales Program (PJM) and the Malaysian Goods Purchase Campaign (KBBM) which has started since July 2020.

In addition to that, this program also coincides with the PJM theme for the month of October, namely "Lifestyle themed Sales" as well as the National Sports month celebration which will be celebrated on 10th October 2020.

Al-Ikhsan Group has responded to the governments call by holding a massive sale from October to December 2020 which is branded as a Safe and Active Malaysia Sales Campaign which will involve 135 Al-Ikhsan branches nationwide.

This program is the first activity before the launch of National Sports Day on 10th October 2020 where it is the main sponsor of Sportwear for National Sports Day.

The objective of the Safe and Active Country Sale Campaign is to give the best value to Malaysians. The Government encourages the people to spend to regenerate the country's economy.

The price of "value for money" in every purchase of goods at Al-Ikhsan Premises will hopefully be translated as one (1) motivation to practice a healthy and safe lifestyle.

The ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs welcomes the role of corporate parties such as the efforts made by this Al-Ikhsan Group.

The efforts of private parties such as Al-Ikhsan should be emulated due to their sense of responsibility and contribution to the country through offering products that are "value for money" to Malaysians.

This will allow the money saved to be spent on other things as well.

The Ministry welcomes Malaysians in general and sports and leisure lovers in particular to spend and support generating the country's economy and continue to be active in sports so that Malaysia remains healthy and safe from the COVID19 epidemic.

The Ministry also thanked the government agencies and corporate parties, especially the Ministry of Youth and Sports, Kuala Lumpur City Hall, Al-Ikhsan Group and MyTown management for successfully holding the Safe and Active Country Sales Campaign in conjunction with the Malaysian Sales Program and Malaysian Goods Purchase Campaign.
