KUALA LUMPUR, 5
May 2021 – In conjunction with the launch of the
Hari Raya Edition face mask, homegrown brand - Neutrovis rolls out the 'Mask On, Spread Hope' campaign with the
Ministry of Domestic Trade & Consumer Affairs (KPDNHEP), to remind
Malaysians to wear face masks to
protect themselves and their loved ones as they celebrate the month of Ramadan and prepare for Hari Raya
Aidilfitri. The ‘Mask On, Spread Hope’ campaign was officially announced by YB Dato Sri Alexander Nanta Linggi,
Minister of Domestic Trade & Consumer
Affairs (KPDNHEP), accompanied by Secretary General, YBhg Datuk Seri Hj Hasnol Zam Zam
Hj Ahmad.
It is especially crucial to keep to the SOPs and ensure the safety and well-being of family and friends while visiting and celebrating the month of Ramadan. Through the 'Mask on, Spread
Hope' campaign, Neutrovis goals is to be a symbol of hope to the Rakyat as they urge everyone to come
together as one to curb the pandemic through
vaccination, social distancing, and most importantly wearing face masks.
Studies revealed that hundreds of droplets ranging from
20 to 500 micrometres are released into
the air each time a person speaks a simple phrase; because Covid-19 spreads
through respiratory droplets, wearing
a medical-grade face mask provides the ultimate protection and eliminates the spread of these
viruses. The 'Mask on, Spread Hope' campaign aims to educate the public on the importance of choosing the right face
masks and the differences between disposable masks and medical masks.
Many people are unaware that disposable masks are only
suited for industrial use as it only serves
the function of filtering dust particles and cannot prevent the spread of any
viruses. Medical face masks with high Bacteria
Filtration Efficiency (BFE) and Particle
Filtration Efficiency (PFE) readings, on the
other hand, is built to prevent the spread of Covid-19 because of its ability to block out any bacteria in the size of
1-5 microns and filter out any viable
and nonviable particles sized 0.1-1 micron. Neutrovis' Premium Face Masks tops
the charts with these readings - achieving
more than 98% BFE and more than 96% PFE; On top of that, it is also CE certified and meets the
EN14683 standards.
Neutrovis puts special care into the usability of these face masks too by utilizing ultra-gentle earloops for added comfort, as well as extra soft premium non-woven breathable fabric to reduce skin irritations, making them suitable to be used for extended periods. Neutrovis is an Anti-Germ Specialized Brand that provides the highest possible anti-germ standards, and at the same time, fulfilling the needs of skin-sensitive and image-conscious consumers. Neutrovis will always stay true to its promise of selling effective, premium medical face masks at affordable prices. This promise led to Neutrovis earning the title of “Most Medical Face Masks Sold in a Year” (Total : 195,131,200 pieces)” by the Malaysia Book of Records.
As face masks are now becoming a mandatory part of our
daily wear, more people are looking towards masks with designs to complement
their apparel. Hence, Neutrovis has catered
to this demand by developing masks with trendy designs and, at the same time, certified for medical use, which in this
case is to prevent the spread of Covid-19. In doing so, Neutrovis offers users freedom in the sense that they are able
to express their style and fashion by
matching their masks with their outfits while having peace of mind that they
and their loved ones are well protected.
YB Dato Sri Alexander Nanta Linggi, Minister
of Domestic Trade & Consumer
Affairs (KPDNHEP) said,
"It is the Ministry’s mandate to remind the public ahead of Raya to act responsibly and adhere to wearing effective
medical masks at all times - especially for shopping malls, retail staff, and
consumers. I hope that our reminders will generate mutual understanding & cooperation amongst
our society to put the mask on and spread hope to keep the nation & its economy healthy; for only by working together can
we curb the pandemic. The Neutrovis
Hari Raya face masks truly capture the spirit of Raya with their festive colors and patterns. Home-grown

A very good product for the market and the initiative taken by the company to help the orphanage is a good example of giving back to the community and must be adapted by others.
